Rental Conditions & Agreement

Reservation & Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve equipment for your event date. The remaining balance is due prior to or at delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. No equipment will be delivered without payment confirmation.

Delivery & Setup

Delivery, setup, and pickup are included within our standard service area. The customer must ensure clear access to the setup location. Customer pickup of equipment is not permitted.

No Confetti / Glitter Policy

For the safety and cleanliness of our equipment, confetti, glitter, gender reveal powder, silly string, and similar materials are strictly prohibited inside or around any rented items.

These materials can cause permanent staining and damage to inflatables and equipment.

If found, a mandatory cleaning fee of $75–$150 will be charged, depending on severity. Severe damage may result in additional repair or replacement fees.

Use of Equipment

Equipment must be used only as intended and under adult supervision at all times. No shoes, food, drinks, sharp objects, face paint, slime, confetti, or silly string on inflatables. Equipment may not be moved once set up without staff approval.

Weather Policy

Inflatables cannot be used in high winds, heavy rain, or severe weather. R2R Moonwalk & Party Rentals reserves the right to cancel or remove equipment for safety reasons. Weather-related cancellations may be credited toward a future rental.

Cancellation Policy

Customers must provide at least forty-eight (48) hours notice to cancel a reservation. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will result in the deposit being non-refundable. Same-day cancellations automatically forfeit the deposit. Cancellations made with 48 hours or more notice may receive a credit toward a future rental.

Damage, Loss & Cleaning

Customer is responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning. Repair, replacement, or cleaning fees may apply.

Power & Location Requirements

The customer must provide a dedicated power source within 50 feet of the setup area unless a generator is rented. Setup area must be flat, clear, and free of debris.

Liability & Safety

R2R Moonwalk & Party Rentals is not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse or failure to follow safety rules. Customer agrees to hold harmless R2R Moonwalk & Party Rentals from all claims arising from equipment use.

Pickup & Rental Time

Rental time begins at delivery and ends at scheduled pickup. Delays caused by customer access issues may result in additional fees.

Agreement

By signing below, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all rental conditions listed above, including the 48-hour cancellation and non-refundable deposit policy.
