R2R came through for us! I had a slide scheduled with someone else and they cancelled the morning of because they double booked. I called R2R and he was in my yard putting up a slide 3 hours later. He will be my first call next time! He communicated very well with me giving me updates on timing of delivery and pickup. Was very professional with his process, even has a checklist to run through before leaving it for us. I highly rented giving R2R a call for your rentals, you won’t be disappointed with the quality of customer service they provide.
Saved my sons 3rd birthday party, I canceled my other reservation because I thought it was gonna rain and then come to find out that it wasn't .So I called them Within an hour notice of the party and see if they had any available luckily enough they did, and only took them 30 minutes to get to my house and set up. I needed a moonwalk last minute and called R2R and let me tell you they came through quick! Set up everything nice and neat, and picked up in a timely manner.
